Intermediate Magic Arts Program

Magic students will develop a deeper understanding of magic as a performing art. Students will grow their knowledge of sleight-of-hand magic while incorporating psychological misdirection techniques. Students will focus on close-up magic using cards, props, and everyday objects. Magic students will explore character development, script their own magic routines, and learn how to perform in front of a live audience. Students will be able to demonstrate multi-phased magic routines using all the concepts learned in their student magic showcase for friends and family.

Brooklyn Magic Shop’s Intermediate Magic Arts Program is thoughtfully designed to further enrich and grow our students love and appreciation for magic.

Magic skill is required for Brooklyn Magic Shop’s Intermediate Magic Arts Program. An interest in Magic is highly recommended. Please contact us to see if this class is the right fit for your child.

Magic Materials: Magic materials are included with the exception of a student request for additional recommended materials (e.g. books and individualized and specialized props).​

• Students must have prior experience and knowledge in magic.

• Arrive shortly before the scheduled class time.

• Molekule Air Purification.

  We use Molekule purification, an FDA-cleared air purifier that destroys viruses, bacteria, and pollutants.
